The Marie Curie Fellowship program has announced 2 interesting calls for European and Chinese Researchers:
1) MARIE CURIE INTERNATIONAL OUTGOING FELLOWSHIPS FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT – suitable for European Researchers interested to spend some period in China
Submission deadline: 14 August 2013
This initiative aims to reinforce the international dimension of European researchers’ careers. It provides them with the opportunity to be trained and acquire new knowledge with a one to two-year experience in a high-level research organisation established in an Other Third Country, after which these researchers are expected to return and use their newly acquired knowledge and experience in a Member State or Associated Country.
Individual researchers, along with their host organisation in a Member State or Associated Country, shall submit a coherent research training project for the total duration of the contract. The fellowship is expected to be part of a structured, long-term personal career development plan that is coherent with past achievements and clearly defines the future aims of the researcher.
2)Call for proposals for ‘Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowships (IIF)’ – suitable for Chinese Researchers interested to spend a period up to 2 years in a European Institution
This call for proposals aims to encourage cooperation of researchers from Member States and associated countries with their peers from other third countries. These international projects will constitute nuclei for future research relations at international level. All fields of research of interest to the European Union are eligible for funding, except those covered by the Euratom Treaty.
